About Founder

CA Heena Bohra is a practicing Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate who has carved her professional journey across finance, law, and entrepreneurship with clarity, conviction and purpose.

Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2020, she has specialised in the domain of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, advising across both process-driven and transaction-oriented mandates across various sectors.

Her experience spans end-to-end insolvency engagements, including voluntary liquidation, CIRP and liquidation processes, Section 29A eligibility vetting, resolution plan structuring, and post-implementation advisory across diverse sectors.

Her professional portfolio further includes RBI-mandated special audits, SFIO-linked investigation audits, and forensic reviews of large business groups, reflecting a strong blend of analytical depth and legal insight. Alongside insolvency advisory, CA Heena Bohra has developed a deep expertise in GST litigation and advisory, assisting clients with drafting opinions, replies, and appeals with precision and practicality.
