About Founder
Some journeys don't begin with legacy - they begin with curiosity, courage, and the willingness
to tread uncharted paths.
I'm Heena Bohra, a Chartered Accountant and a Law Graduate, and the first in my family to step
into the world of finance, law, and entrepreneurship. No safety net. No firm to inherit. Just a
vision to solve real problems with precision and care.
My foundation was built across Taxation, Opinions, Advisory and Transfer Pricing.
But my true turning point came when I entered the world of Insolvency & Bankruptcy. I've since
advised Resolution Applicants on buy-side IBC transactions worth over Rs. 150 Cr - From sugar,
and textiles to real estate, and NBFCs.
From claim verification to 29A vetting, CIRP to liquidation, resolution plan drafting to
post-implementation - I've walked alongside professionals, investors, legal teams and
debt-ridden businesses through every step.
Along the way, I developed a deep interest in GST litigation and advisory - not just as a service
line, but almost like a craft.
There's something I genuinely enjoy about drafting replies to notices, breaking down disputes, or
structuring appeals with logic, law, and clarity. For me, it's not just about compliance - it's
about articulation. The kind of work that makes you pause, think, and write with precision. It
began as a niche, but today, it's one of the most personally fulfilling areas of my practice.
I've also led and contributed to high-stakes forensic and special audits - including:
- A listed NBFC-MFI
- A 42-entity group conglomerate
- SFIO-led investigation
Beyond insolvency, I help startups find structure - from company formation to pitch decks, from
fundraising support to ongoing regulatory filings, and growth-stage compliance.
As a regular contributor and moderator at ICAI seminars, especially with WIRC of ICAI, I actively
engage with the professional community.
Through Heena Bohra & Co., Chartered Accountants, I combine financial insight with legal clarity
- helping businesses, investors, and professionals navigate distressed assets, litigation, and
strategic compliance.
Because good advice is not just about law or numbers - it's about listening, solving, and
enabling people to move forward.
